This monograph is a collective effort of researches from Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland. In the monograph, the financial restructuring is considered in terms of causes and effects of its implementation. Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland in the last 20 years actively go through the processes of financial restructuring. These processes are caused by processes of privatization of SOEs, the processes of integration into the global economy, competition at the domestic and foreign markets.
