First Published in 1990. The purpose of this special volume is to provide a ‘sampler’ of the service industries in Canada. The editors’ philosophy in inviting, reviewing and selecting contributions has been to provide materials which range from the general aggregate view through specific sector and industry developments to the micro operations management level.
