Мінімум один екземпляр творіння цієї популярної англійської письменниці, класика детективного жанру, є в кожній домашній бібліотеці. І це не дивно, оскільки вона належить до числа найбільш публікованих авторів всіх часів і народів, займаючи в цьому списку почесне третє місце. Детективи Агати Крісті видані багатомільярдними тиражами і перекладені на сотню мов. Її перу належить найбільш затребувана в світі п'єса - «Мишоловка», щодня йде в театрах Лондона з 1952 року.
