The shop was established in 2004 by Nick and Michele Legg who, in this book, share the recipes from their award-winning deli. With beautiful illustrations, the book takes the reader on a journey through the seasons, explaining when all the different species of fish and shellfish are at their prime, and how best to enjoy them.
