This is a memoir of a mother losing her 2 children to alcohol and drug addiction; and ultimately losing herself. She finds the strength to overcome her addiction, and as a result, gains a new life in Christ.

The goal is to help and inspire others to overcome their obstacles and draw closer to God.

As a Christian the author is not afraid to address her faults to the world and in the end proves that these faults are not always a bad thing.

It addresses the issues of addiction that many people face and to provide hope that these people so desperately need and also addresses the issue of faith, and encourages others to test their faith.

Addiction to alcohol and drugs took away what mattered most in this mother’s life and a future once promising and bright came to an abrupt halt as addiction forced her into seclusion. Desiring to escape the entrapment of her addiction, little did she know the road to sobriety would be full of dead ends and unexpected roadblocks. Though her addiction seemed inescapable, she would soon find that there was only one true way of escape-a way that would supply her with everlasting life. Before the deadly drop-off could do her in, her cry for help was heard and a valuable opportunity arose. God placed this woman in the perfect hands so she could learn to live again.
