Precepting in Nursing: Developing an Effective Workforce is designed to facilitate the development of preceptor knowledge and skills using a hands-on approach that introduces the preceptor role and facilitates preceptor's adoption of a coaching role so that experiences are positive and productive for both the preceptor and the preceptee.
