This discussion paper aims to help practitioners work in a more informed and politically sensitive way to integrate actions on disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CCA) in agriculture. The paper suggests that the question of convergence of DRR and CCA actions cannot be properly addressed without addressing related questions of governance and political economy. It is an initial effort towards building a more systematic understanding of the topic.
