We work without holidays and weekends! Customers from Ukraine can receive their orders within 7 workdays, depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. Delivery is possible to those places where there are Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branches. You can see the available methods, exact delivery times and costs during the checkout process after selecting the desired service and delivery location.

Packaging and integrity of the goods
- Please check the package, the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage and the documents upon receipt of the order. This can be done in the presence of the delivery staff.
- We are not responsible for the goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage or missing parts directly upon receipt at the carrier's office.
- In case of incomplete or damaged goods, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.

The Yakaboo.ua bookstore is in the very centre of Kyiv on Khreshchatyk Street. This is an area for issuing online orders and store space with book shelves. There is a special area with the latest novelties and bestsellers.
Please note: pickup orders are paid for online or upon receipt. Orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered to the bookstore within 2-3 days from the date of placement. Orders placed after 16:00 will be delivered to the bookstore within 3-4 days from the date of placement. After your order has been transferred to the Yakaboo bookstore, you will receive an SMS that your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery to the Yakaboo store – 30 UAH. Free for orders over 400 UAH.
The order can be stored for pickup for 4 working days. On the 5th day, the order is automatically sent back to the Sender.
To receive a delivery, you need a passport or other ID.
Courier delivery in Kyiv
The cost of courier delivery is 110 UAH.
If the order amount is 1800 UAH or more, courier delivery is free of charge (at the expense of Yakaboo).
Deliveries are carried out daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
Using the service is easy. Put the books in the basket and choose a convenient time period:
1) 10:00 - 13:00;
2) 14:00 - 17:00;
3) 19:00 - 22:00.
Please note! Orders confirmed before 16:30 are delivered on the same day.
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery by Ukrposhta Express
The cost of delivery is 39 UAH. No commissions. The order will be delivered to the Ukrposhta branch within 1-3 days. The order can be stored free of charge at the Ukrposhta branch for 7 calendar days. On the 8th day, the order is automatically sent back to the Sender. To receive the shipment, you need a passport or identity card.
We deliver all orders over 349 UAH to Ukrposhta branches free of charge.
Please note: orders are dispatched on the next business day after they are placed.
Courier delivery by Ukrposhta (warehouse - door)
The delivery cost is 75 UAH. No commissions. The order will be delivered within 3-4 days.
Please note: orders are dispatched the next business day after placing.
Delivery is possible to those locations where Ukrposhta offices are currently open.
Delivery by Meest POST
The delivery cost is 50 UAH. Orders are delivered within 1-3 days. Free parcel storage is available for 5 business days. After this period, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
Free delivery is available for orders over 349 UAH.
Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next day.
Please note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays.
Delivery is available to locations where Meest POST branches are currently operating.
Delivery to the Nova Poshta warehouse
The cost of delivery is fixed and amounts to 60 UAH, so there are no additional costs for sending money. The order will be delivered to the pick-up point within 2-3 business days. Nova Poshta will inform you via SMS that the order is waiting at the Nova Poshta branch.
We deliver all orders over 799 UAH to Nova Poshta branches free of charge.
Please note: orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered to a Nova Poshta branch on the next business day (for remote locations, 2-3 days). Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the next day. The order can be stored at the Nova Poshta warehouse for 4 business days free of charge. On the 5th day, the order is automatically sent back to the Sender. To receive the shipment, you need a passport, ID card or Nova Poshta app.
Courier delivery of Nova Poshta (warehouse - door)
The cost of delivery is 95 UAH. No additional fees.
Delivery to a Nova Poshta automated parcel locker.
A parcel locker is a self-service terminal where you can pick up your order. The cost of delivery is 60 UAH. You can pay for your order online on the Nova Poshta website or in the Nova Poshta app.
We deliver all orders over 600 UAH to Nova Poshta automated parcel lockers free of charge.
The order will be delivered to the automated parcel locker within 2-3 business days. When the parcel arrives at the automated parcel locker, you will be able to open the cell through the Nova Poshta app by specifying your geolocation. The order can be stored at the Nova Poshta parcel locker for free for 3 business days. On the 4th day, the order is automatically sent back to the sender.
Delivery is possible to those locations where Nova Poshta branches are currently open.
International delivery by Nova Poshta Global
Nova Poshta Global provides international express delivery services for its customers, sending documents, packages, cargo to Ukraine and vice versa in the shortest possible terms. For more details, please visit novaposhtaglobal.ua with up-to-date information on services and tracking.
The cost of delivery and processing depends on the destination country, weight, package size, number of items in the order and the delivery option (delivery to a post office\address).
Before placing an order on novaposhtaglobal.ua, we recommended to check the conditions for importing goods into the chosen destination country.
Yakaboo.ua is not responsible for orders that are detained or confiscated by customs.
Additional costs: due to the fact that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, Yakaboo.ua cannot predict these fees at the time of placing an order on the website, so the delivery cost does not include the cost of customs clearance and the amount of VAT. If the order cost exceeds the limit of 150 EUR, intermediary services will be provided in this case. These services will be added to the delivery cost when the order is placed.
Payment method: only payment by credit card is available for international shipments: Online.
Delivery method: by courier to the address of your choice and to NP branches in countries where the company has a presence. P.O. Box delivery or other alternative shipping methods are not available.

Please note! If you have not received the goods at the delivery address within the time limits specified in the terms of international delivery, have not paid customs clearance fees on time, have incorrectly indicated the recipient's address or phone number, have not answered the courier's call during the delivery, the goods are considered accepted and Yakaboo.ua does not compensate for the cost of the goods and the cost of international delivery services.
