The Vocabolario Visuale workbook is a valuable tool for whoever wants to learn basic Italian vocabulary (over 1000 everyday words). It accompanies and completes Vocabolario Visuale, but the two books can also be used independently. It consists of 40 thematic units that present a wide range of short activities aimed at word memorization: matching pictures and words, filling in missing letters, multiple choice and numerous playful activities such as crossword puzzles, big words, hidden words, etc. The variety of these activities is quite large in order to make them more interesting and varied, thus continuously providing new stimuli to students and working not so much as a test but as a fun activity.
