Here is the food that I ate. It's all vegetarian, it tasted good and it still left me with enough grant to go down the pub...buy my books, I mean! All you need while you are away from home is a few pans, a mug to measure things in, knives and a dish to put in the oven. With these I will feed you well - and save you pots of money. My recipes will feed two people but they are dead easy and can double up and work very well in a communal kitchen. But when you do eat alone everything is kept in the fridge to heat up another time.
