A marvellous informative and inspirational book
I have really enjoyed this lovely book. The book is written very well, taking into account both beginners and more experienced sewists. The designs are very well photographed, and the instructions are really clear and easy to follow. There is a wide variety of designs, and the techniques for woven or knitted mending are quite decorative. The only thing that seems to be missing is any tips on how to stop the material used for patching on the woven sections from fraying. Other than this minor comment, this book is very educational and enjoyable. Well worth the money.

An excellent book to inspire both beginners and experienced sewers; even those who have never picked up a needle to have can have a go at decorative mending before throwing away a loved garment or item.
