For already three years, the National SALT® Restaurant Awards have been granted to the best Ukrainian eating establishments in 12 categories, and now the time has come to get them together in the pages of this first Restaurant Guide of Ukraine. Among them are 156 restaurants as finalists and 29 as winners in 2013–2015. All of them underwent a strict revision carried on by more than 200 experts and 15 jury members that were selected from the successful restaurateurs, top-managers, journalists.

Restaurants are among the first to meet guests from other places on the globe, and so in many respects they may form the impression of not only the cuisine, but of this country as a whole.
