Biochemistry is a rapidly advancing subject with latest developments in the areas such as molecular diagnostics, automation of laboratory procedures, thrust given for quality control and the increasing dependence on biochemical tests in clinical decision making. Considering these developments, we have included topics such as laboratory equipments, glassware, laboratory hazards, automation and quality control in this edition of laboratory manual.
