«Exodus» — is a story by Fr Igor Savva about the inner world of the UOC-MP. The world that is carefully hidden from the parishioners by canons and dogmas, veiled by the luxury of brocade vestments and the glitter of precious stones in the golden mitres of the hierarchs.

This is a world in which God's Word gives way to verbiage, where Truth is preached from the strict angle of Moscow Pharisaism, and the Saviour himself is replaced by the image of the «white tsar-emperor», whose Orthodox legionaries are called upon to occupy the whole world.

The Gospel quote «There shall be one flock and one shepherd» is interpreted there unambiguously: a single «Russian world» must emerge, and for this the empire spares no resources and does not disdain any methods.

Nothing is sacred - this is the doctrine of Moscow Orthodoxy. And Ukraine, because of its democracy and freedom, is the biggest obstacle to a complete occupation.

The book «Exodus» will be interesting to readers regardless of their denomination, and perhaps even inspire someone to make their own way out of pseudo-spirituality.
