The country is preparing to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Great August Communist Revolution. A dangerous criminal escapes from a penal institution. He does not remember his past. Looking in the mirror one day, he realises that this is not his face.

Fate brings him together with bizarre people - a garbage truck driver, an artist, a stranger who lives in a basement. It seems that everyone wants to help him so that he doesn't end up in a correctional facility again, but in the end it turns out that they work for the special services.
