The proceedings of the international scientific-practical conference "European standards for the protection of rights in civil litigation: Time Trial", the aim of the conference is to summarise the results of the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the Ukrainian Code of Civil Procedure, as well as the reforms of the legal and judicial system of the country, to identify priority areas for further reform of the civil procedure legislation to improve the mechanism of judicial protection of civil rights.
