Title 37 presents regulations governing issues related to establishing and guaranteeing the rights of intellectual property holders and the fair use of their patents, trademarks, inventions, writings, musical compositions and recordings, television programs and films, and technology by the Patent and Trademark Office, the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress, and the Department of Commerce.
