Berliner Platz 2 continues with the Baukastenprinzip enabling student and teacher a great deal of autonomy while providing a solid basis in the four skills. Language is presented as functionally driven and students are encouraged to deduce grammatical structures from their observations and formulate rules. The activities offer the impetus for interaction in the classroom and facilitate interactive learning.
