The formative assessment workbook is compiled in accordance with the current model curriculum "Integrated Course of Literature (Ukrainian and Foreign)" for grades 5-6 of general secondary education institutions (authors T. O. Yatsenko, I. A. Trigub).

The publication proposes the definition of individual learning goals, presents multi-level questions and tasks in test form (closed and open types), creative tasks, semester diagnostic works, recommends reflection tasks, provides for self-assessment and mutual assessment of students' learning achievements.
