The publication presents the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" with amendments and additions. This Law defines the procedure for the organisation and operation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the status of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the grounds and procedure for applying to it, the procedure for consideration of cases and execution of its decisions.
