In search of a new career, Geralt is asked by the mayor of Badrain, a town where a pack of strange imlaks are attacking children. Taking on the job, Géralt finds himself caught between the townspeople's memories of the attacks and a series of unpleasant visions. Plagued by feelings of paranoia and self-doubt, Geralt must face the threat by relying on his intuition.
