The war of Putin's Russia against Ukraine and the world has been going on since 2014. One of the tsarinas, in which the struggle between civilisation and neo-barbarism is taking place, is the information space. The capabilities of the information space are actively used during wars and aggressions, which leads to the transformation of information from a communicative body to real weapons. In the conditions of uninterrupted hybrid-messianic aggressions of Putin's Russia against Ukraine, the most effective way of information counteraction is the development of new approaches to the state information policy, aimed at neutralising such negatives.
In 2018–2019, scientists of the Scientific and Research Centre of the Military Institute of the Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, commissioned by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, conducted a study of public-content negatives in the current dynamics of different-format hybrid aggressions. Based on the results of the study, we have developed proposals for improving the implementation of the state information policy of the military department; Specified measures to improve the efficiency of information and medical structures of the LSG, to ensure the implementation of preventive measures against the negative communicative and content influence from the side of the aggressor on the special unit; assessed approaches to the formation of a system of social and psychological diagnostics of the special unit, etc.
The monograph deals with the problem of communicative and content security of the state, which through new technological solutions and approaches protects the national publicity from aggressive influences from the side of the Kremlin's technological propaganda centres, neutralises them and creates an «antidote» to the enemy's informational threats.
