The book consists of three parts: The novel The Champion Fight of Mary Dyakiv and the short stories The Fell in Love and The Fox and the Night. All of them, in a rather provocative and sometimes even somewhat harsh manner, tell the stories of people's (albeit far from perfect) confrontation with the rotten state machine that has already turned into a real monster. And whose endless matsakas are embodied in mafia MPs, uncontrolled security forces, corrupt officials and many others. These are the stories of only a few battles in the middle of an all-out war, without which, however, victory in the whole war is impossible.
