The textbook presents the main issues of the structure, tasks, and prospects of transfusion medicine at the modern scientific level. It covers in detail the range of activities of transfusion medicine - from the production of blood substitutes, donor blood procurement, its processing into components, drugs, reagents to the provision of clinics with infusion and transfusion facilities.
