The Science Club has a new project - rocks. They find out all about Earth's rock cycle and how it has created different types of rock over millions of years. They also discover how fossils are formed and go on an exciting, virtual fossil hunt. What dinosaurs will they find?

The Science Club follows a group of science-mad kids who meet at a club where they learn about science through their own experiences and discoveries. For example, at one club someone brings in a fossil, leading to an investigation into the rock cycle, dinosaurs and fossil formation. At another, a storm inspires the children to learn about lightning and other forms of electricity. Each story features sweet, humorous illustrations and includes simple experiments for readers to try for themselves.
