Chinese fighter pilot Tzun Kai has a past that has hardened his soul and given him nerves of steel. These are both pitted against a Japanese spy who has been causing untold trouble for the Chinese. In between tracking down enemy planes and stopping despotic Chinese warlords, he must succeed at defeating the spy or risk losing an ancient kingdom to Japan.
