This work is the first edition of the textbook for undergraduate students, developed on the basis of the new CPC of Ukraine, which covers the issues of such disciplines as &Theory of Evidence, Actual Problems of Evidence, Evidence and Proof in Criminal Proceedings, and Evidence Law.
