The monograph examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of an innovative economy and its institutional units through the prism of the theory of institutionalism. The characteristic features of the institutional structure and institutional order of innovative economies and their key institutions in different countries of the world are considered. The epistemological aspects and the anthropological dimension of the institutional framework of the innovation economy, as well as trends in institutional change and the driving forces behind the formation of an innovation economy are revealed. The socio-economic and institutional determinants of the formation of an innovative economy in the globalised world are identified. The institutional support for innovation in Ukraine is analysed according to different levels of economic aggregation. It offers a conditional model of evolutionary-bifurcation spatio-temporal formation of “new” institutions of innovation development. With the help of fractal-facet modelling, the institutional projection of clustering of the Ukrainian economy on the basis of innovation hubs is determined, the parameters of the order of their functioning in the context of institutional and structural changes are indicated. The potential opportunities for innovative glocalisation of the national economy through the institutionalisation of the electronic innovation business platform of Ukraine are characterised. The process-spatial modelling of institutional support for the innovation of Ukraine's economy is carried out by applying the IDEF software standards. Recommendations for accelerating the innovation of Ukraine's economy through the action of regulators of the &lquo;innovation lift” and overcoming the existing &lquo;institutional vacuum” in the field of innovation are substantiated.
