The third book includes works by Polish researchers on Taras Shevchenko's work published between the Second World War (1939) and the beginning of the twenty-first century. Criticism, literary, translation, linguistic, historical and art studies of this period, created by a whole galaxy of prominent scholars (whose materials are partially presented in the second book), have shaped the modern face of Polish Shevchenko studies.
