From the publisher:

Why Pozayak? Because his relaxed and easy-to-remember poems have long since become urban folklore, and it is increasingly difficult for official literature to pretend that Pozayak simply does not exist. Poets, students, and drunken intellectuals are happy to quote him. He is an Epicurean and a Rabelaisian, our Ukrainian Catullus and two-faced Janus. He is one of the three truly folk poets of contemporary Ukraine. The book includes new and well-known poems and translations.
