This book is dedicated to counter-secularity, a phenomenon that is organically linked to secularisation, existing throughout the entire period of secularisation and growing stronger as the latter intensifies. It is the religiosity that consciously opposes secularisation trends from their beginning to the present day that will be called "counter-secular" and will be considered in the text of the study. Counter-secular religiosity, or counter-secularity, is a kind of antithesis to the secular modern worldview, but it also opposes the traditional one. The specificity of the book is an attempt to combine the study of counter-secular trends within religiosity and esotericism, which, like Christianity or other religious traditions, has been influenced by modernity, and thus by secularisation and counter-secularisation.
