This scientific work is a comprehensive scientific and practical study that analyses the novelties of the Draft Law No. 5644 "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Regulation of Notarial Activities", in particular, regarding the organisation of notaries, expansion of notaries' powers and the procedure for conducting certain notarial proceedings.
