Hallihallo is a textbook for those who are starting to learn German. Interesting tasks designed for fifth-graders, modern types of texts, games, riddles, songs, poems, projects - all this is designed to interest the child and facilitate the process of learning the language. The textbook is based on the model curriculum "Second Foreign Language. Grades 5-9" for general secondary education institutions (authors V. Redko, O. Shalenko, S. Sotnykova, O. Kovalenko, I. Koropetska, O. Jacob, I. Samoiliukevych, O. Dobra, T. Kior, M. Matskovych, L. Hlyniuk, E. Brown) The textbook is intended for learning German as a second foreign language in grade 5 of general secondary education institutions. The textbook is based on the current model curriculum for foreign languages, takes into account the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and is based on the competence approach as a new paradigm of learning. The publication has a clearly expressed communicative and activity orientation, offering many interesting interactive, creative and developmental tasks. The textbook consists of 66 lessons divided into 7 sections, a grammar guide and a German-Ukrainian dictionary. Each chapter ends with revision lessons with a proposal for project work and a self-assessment table. The modern design of the textbook, high-quality audio, vivid illustrations, and many other visuals will not only evoke positive emotions in students, but also make it easier to absorb new information. The textbook has received the stamp "Recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 140 dated 08.02.2022).
