This is how fellow soldier Volodymyr Hotskyi titled his memoirs of his time in the POW camps of the 1st UD UPA in the UK in 1947-1949, and of their stay in the camps after their release from captivity, and he called this entire difficult period of life for the author "seven years of captivity."
