An enriching story of personal growth and inner development along paths well and not often travelled, Noel Odou takes us on a journey of one man's life. Growing up and not feeling like he fits in, Odou's autobiography details the challenges faced and lessons learnt as he travels the world searching for enlightenment. From Afghanistan to Russia, Papua New Guinea to North Africa, one often learns the most when they are away from "home". Beginning in a boys' boarding school in Belgium, learning about relationships, working as a hair dresser, being mistaken for a girl and losing a car, Odou's challenges are vast and varied. Frank yet humorous and overall an engaging lively read, this is a story of the journey of life.
