About the author and illustrator

Tanya Postavna is a contemporary Ukrainian writer and screenwriter. She teaches the course "Visual Storytelling" at the Master's programme in Media Communications. Since 2014, she has been living and working in Kyiv. Her main passion in life is life itself - new experiences, adventures and travel. She has travelled to about 50 countries. She is the author of the books When I Was a Fox and Can You Look at a Cherry, and co-author of the creative writing book Anatomy of a Writer.
Masha Foya is an illustrator. In recent years, she has visually designed about 30 books for 10 Ukrainian publishing houses and educational projects. She has created illustrations for various media and worked as a staff illustrator at the Green Forest English language school.

Ця книга ще одна новиночка з Арсеналу, що тепер оселилася в моєму топі наймиліший книжечок! А все через цей чудовий дует творців книги - авторки Тані Поставної та моєї улюбленої ілюстраторки Маші Фої ⠀ "Листи з пошти на маяку" - це не просто збірка дитячих історій, це книга шедевр, що неодмінно западе в душу і дорослим, і підліткам. ⠀ Прочитавши я була в захваті! Книга поділена на шість історій, що розказані у форматі листа. Одного разу старенький дідусь, що наглядає за маяком знайшов у пошті, що біля маяка шість конвертів з листами. Листи неправильно підписані і тому не змогли дійти до свого адресата. Тому відкривши та прочитавши їх дідусь ділиться цими історіями з читачами ⠀ Кожна історія розказана дитиною, і саме через це усі розповіді такі щирі! Тут можна на трохи забути про своє життя та пірнути з головою в дитячі пригоди.
