A gallerist, a doctor, a real estate agent, a metro driver, a professor, an actress; women from every walk of life...For all their diversity, they have two things in common: they love Brussels, and they want to share that love with the reader. Their portraits have been taken by Cici Olsson in an environment that they feel a special connection to. This book is an ode to Brussels through their eyes; thus, to maintain the uniqueness of their perspective, every woman writes about the city in her own native language, with translations provided at the back of the book.
