The publication presents the Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 18 October 2018 and signed by the President of Ukraine on 19 April 2019.
Pursuant to the Final Provisions, the Code shall enter into force on 21 October 2019. The provisions defining the establishment of an electronic trading system and authorisation of electronic platforms shall come into force on 21 July 2019.
