It is relevant in all life situations: "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you" (James 4:8). Meeting God involves prayer. This prayer book includes traditional church prayers, as well as prayers by Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky, monastic communities, individual authors (mainly priests), and the author of the book. The combination of prayers and short authorial investigations is aimed at reflection. First and foremost, it is aimed at realising the reality of God's presence in the life of an individual, family, community, and nation. The prayer book will help to convince you that God is here, close by.
