The author of the book is a Polish journalist, translator, and diplomat, Natalia Bryzhko-Zapur. She began to research the phenomenon of President Zelensky only because she is well versed in the history of Poland and Ukraine, in the struggle of the two neighbouring countries for European values, as well as in political movements and personalities.
