Introduction to Integrating Music, Art, and Theatre in Elementary Education is designed to serve as an introduction to the ways music, art, and theatre can be integrated into the elementary school curriculum. Sections on each of the three disciplines will include information specific to the arts subject areas (for arts education purposes) as well as pedagogical techniques for use in the classroom (for arts integration). As a practical guide for both pre-service and current elementary teachers, this text includes sample lesson plans, activities, discussion questions, and resource information.
