Imagine for Ukraine 1 is an authentic English language textbook for 1st grade, adapted to the new programmes and standards of the New Ukrainian School (NUS). It is designed for 2 years (70 years of classroom work) of English language per day. In accordance with the typical educational programme, developed under the leadership of Shiyan R. B. (1-2 classes).

Pidruchnik contains 8 topics, which correspond to the NUSH Programme for 1 class. The material of the textbook is thematically organised, emotionally and visually enforced, intended to entice pupils and form a positive attitude to learning English. This is facilitated by the bright illustrations of the book, which are directly related to the tasks and lexical material. The number of lexical units, designated for active learning, corresponds to the age specifics of students.
