From the publisher:

The book takes the reader chronologically from the present to the elections of the 2000s, raising moral issues of the day and eternal problems of Ukrainian statehood. The author, highlighting the ways to solve them, splits into two intertwining worlds that allow the reader to think for himself and find a solution in the space that we do not notice because our government does not want it.

The author shows the abyss into which the dominant, predatory elite is dragging our country through its hostile actions towards its own people. The portrayal of the Ukrainian modern village with its poverty, unemployment, and record mortality rate, the layer, the main force that is gradually dying out and no longer even waiting for help, evokes tears. The author's moral principles cannot coexist with the murderous reality in the state, which is gradually killing the Ukrainian people physically and spiritually, driving them into a dead end with vile threats of dismissal and non-payment of money.
