The publication «My Outline» is a series of manuals aimed at assisting teachers in preparing for the lesson. The manual "Physics. Grade 8" is compiled in accordance with the new programme "Physics. 7–9 classes.

The notes for all 8th grade physics lessons are placed on separate sheets and contain a methodologically competently designed "lesson header" (purpose, type of lesson, equipment, etc.), a brief description of each stage, tasks for updating and consolidation, etc. There is also a place for the teacher's own notes, which will make the lesson development truly author's, but will save time for planning and design.
