The manual is based on the New Curriculum (2017) with changes by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for use in the general education process. The tentative plan-schedule for the year and calendar (thematic) planning and 105 lesson plans for physical education in a convenient tabular form for the 9th grade will help the teacher prepare for the lesson (supplementing or changing the proposed material) and conduct it at the highest methodological level. The teacher can vary, distribute, increase or decrease the hours, modules, etc. The manual also contains sets of exercises that belong to special groups (SMGs).
