The manual is based on the new curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for use in the general education process. The indicative calendar and thematic planning and 105 lesson plans for physical education in the 8th grade will help the teacher to prepare for the lesson (supplementing or slightly changing the proposed material with their own work) and conduct it at the highest level.
