The study guide offers a meaningful invariant part, as well as the development of indicative lesson plans for four variable modules in the lesson: badminton, basketball, 3×3 basketball, volleyball, handball, gymnastics, dodgeball, children's athletics, table tennis, panna cotta, petanque, outdoor games, football, futsal, altimat frisbee, chess (16 modules) and indicative calendar and thematic planning for each module. The lesson notes are compiled in accordance with the model curriculum approved by the Ministry of Education and Science: "Physical Culture. Grades 5-6" for general secondary education institutions (authors: O. S. Pedan, H. A. Kolomoyets, A. A. Bolyak, A. A. Rebryna, V. V. Stetsenko, O. I. Ostapenko, O. M. Lakiza, V. M.
