En acción is designed for intermediate to advanced Spanish courses that include service-learning and/or community engagement activities.
Each chapter is built around two interviews with people who work or volunteer in the same agency (or geographic area) and have a positive impact on the local Spanish-speaking community. The fundamental interview questions are, Who are you, How do you impact the community, and What is your motivation?
