The gastro guide "Gourmet Roads. 100 Craft Places of Ukraine" is designed to help tourists find ideas for travelling. It contains 100 local producers of craft products: wine, cheese, honey, beer, meat, vegetables, fruits, snails, oysters.

It's not just about farms or agricultural enterprises, but about tourist attractions. In each of the 100 locations, travellers can arrange a tour and tasting, meet farmers, and see with their own eyes the process of making organic products.

Our gastro guide is not a rating of producers. Craft farms were not assigned points or places as winners. They are grouped by geography and divided into five conventional sections for convenience: "South", "Carpathians", "West", "East", and "Centre and North"

The GastroGuide is not an exhaustive list of all Ukrainian organic producers. It contains only 100 local farms and 5 routes to them. The information on each facility was carefully checked, but changes are still possible in the working conditions of the farms. Therefore, we advise you to contact the farms in advance to avoid surprises during your trip.
