This Statute defines the essence of military discipline, the duties of servicemen, as well as persons liable for military service and reservists during training (inspection) and special meetings on its observance, the types of rewards and disciplinary sanctions, the rights of commanders to apply them, as well as the procedure for submitting and reviewing applications, proposals and complaints.
